Wholesale used-vehicle costs (on a combination, mileage, and seasonally adjusted foundation) had been decrease in October in comparison with September. The Manheim Used Automobile Worth Index (MUVVI) fell to 202.8, a decline of three.2% from a 12 months in the past. The seasonal adjustment to the index lowered the change for the month, as non-seasonally adjusted values declined at the next charge.
