Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. introduced immediately that Mark Suchinski is stepping down as Senior Vice President and Chief Monetary Officer.
Irene Esteves, former Government Vice President and Chief Monetary Officer of Time Warner Cable and a present member of Spirit’s Board of Administrators, has been appointed as the brand new Chief Monetary Officer, efficient instantly.
Suchinski will stick with Spirit for a transition interval to help Esteves in her new function as CFO.
