Former footballer Jermaine Jenas has been sacked by the BBC.
The broadcaster has confirmed he’s “no longer part” of The One Present‘s “presenting line-up”.
It is also understood he has been dropped from his punditry duties on soccer highlights programme Match Of The Day.
Jenas, 41, has been dropped after an inner investigation by the BBC into alleged complaints about his behaviour, in line with reviews in The Solar.
The previous Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United midfielder moved into punditry and presenting on each the BBC and BT Sport after retiring from skilled soccer in 2016.
He joined The One Present in 2020.
