Nationally, dwelling costs elevated by 3.4% yr over yr in September. One state posted an annual dwelling value decline. The states with the best will increase yr over yr have been Rhode Island (9%) and New Jersey (up by 8.6%).

Hawaii was the one state to file a year-over-year dwelling value loss (-0.4%).
